We ship Australia-wide from our local warehouses in Melbourne and Brisbane.
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak sale periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated stock dispatch date shown in the product title is the most accurate information available at the time of purchase.
Pre-order dates are estimates only and may change due to factors outside our control, such as supplier or freight delays. If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch date, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is available.
If you would prefer your in-stock items to be dispatched immediately, please contact our customer care team to arrange a split shipment quote for any additional shipping charges that may apply.
Delivery Time Frames
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide: 2–5 business days
- Perth, Darwin, Hobart: 5–10 business days
- Regional areas: Add 2–3 business days to the above estimates

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracked shipping. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Authority to Leave
For your peace of mind, parcels will only be left in a safe place if you contact the carrier directly and request this service. Otherwise, delivery requires a signature to ensure your order arrives safely.
Kerbside / Building Entry Delivery
All Future Glass deliveries are kerbside or building entry only. Due to the size and fragile nature of our mirrors, mirror cabinets, and shower screens, customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access at the delivery location, as well as suitable assistance for moving items beyond the kerb if required.
Any re-delivery or access-related delays may incur additional carrier charges.
Click & Collect
Next Business Day Collection
Select Pick Up at checkout to pick up your order from our Melbourne or Brisbane warehouse. Orders are generally ready for collection the next business day after purchase.
How It Works
- You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID.
- Orders not collected within 30 days may be returned to stock.
