Happy to collect yourself? Save on shipping costs by picking up your order direct from our warehouse. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option when finalising your order. Our warehouses are based in Cranbourne West, Victoria and Berrinba, Queensland.

We are transitioning our Melbourne collection location from our Braeside warehouse to our new Cranbourne West warehouse. For customers that have received their order is available to pick up email notification on or before Friday the 12th October your order will still be available to collect from Braeside. For those who receive notification of order ready for collection from Saturday the 13th your collection will be available from our Cranbourne West location. Please see below opening hours and address details for each location.

    We are located at 108 Boundary Road Braeside, VIC. We are on the corner of Boundary Road and Industrial Drive. Our entrance is via the slip-lane on Boundary Road. Please come to the glass doors of our Showroom (highlighted in red below) when you arrive.

      CRANBOURNE WEST, VIC INSTRUCTIONS:

        On arrival, please follow the following instructions

        1. Please drive into Pinnacle Warehouse GATE 1 marked RECEIVING & DISPATCH ENTRY ONLY and follow the blue arrows on the aerial photo driving around the warehouse to the click and collect area located next to the railing on your right
        2. Have your order confirmation email and ID ready
        3. Please call us on (03) 7043 4444, and one of our friendly staff will give you further instructions

        BERRINBA, QLD INSTRUCTIONS:

          On arrival, please follow the following instructions as per vehicle type:

          VEHICLES WITHOUT TRAILER

          • Step 1: Have your order confirmation email and ID ready.
          • Step 2: Please drive into Pinnacle Warehouse Gate 3 via Silkstone Place
          • Step 3: Please call us on (07) 2111 9919, if no answer, ring the bell at reception for someone to attend to you, so that we can help load your order.

          VEHICLES WITH TRAILER

          • Step 1: Have your order confirmation email and ID ready
          • Step 2: Please drive and park on road side in Silkstone Place
          • Step 3: Call us on (07) 2111 9919, so that we can give you further instructions for entry.
